Agnieszka thought that due to her busy lifestyle she would not improve her figure, but she tried anyway. She is a full-time mom - raising eight children. Bad eating habits, such as eating irregularly, usually in a hurry, and then snacking in the evening, resulted from this.

Nonetheless, she took part in a 3-month online body metamorphosis project and lost 3 kg together. She focused mainly on exercise, because, as she admitted, sticking to her diet was sometimes different.

Agnieszka's story

Agnieszka is a full-time mom, raising 8 children. She lives in Norway on a daily basis and leads a very busy lifestyle. Her household chores require focus and a lot of time. Agnieszka had already looked for help in various places, ending with no visible results. Reporting to me, she was demotivated. No time, no energy for any additional activity. Then she came across me and decided to give herself another chance.

She was concerned about whether there would be enough time to train and prepare meals according to the diet. In addition, she was worried about the availability of products in Norway. However, she quickly learned that this was not a problem. The diet was arranged using products available in Norway.

Agnieszka's diet

I arranged a diet for busy people. The meals consisted of quick, simple meals. The menu consisted of 4 meals a day, rich in fruits and vegetables. I balanced the diet to include adequate amounts of all essential minerals and vitamins.

Agnieszka was also provided with supplementation appropriate for her. She began taking omega 3 fatty acids, significant amounts of magnesium, and we included appropriate probiotics in her diet to improve intestinal function.

Agnieszka's workout

Agnieszka's training plan was laid out for 3 days a week. It assumed shaping the female figure, through functional exercises with body weight. She did not have to wait long for the first visible results. The workouts accelerated metabolism and helped to model the figure. Agnieszka now exercises alone at home and walks more. She is satisfied with the visible results.

Agnieszka performed such exercises as:

  • DUMBBELL LUNGE
  • SINGLE LEG BRIDGES
    SHOULDER TAP
  • REVERSE PUSH UP
  • TRX ROW

What does Agnieszka say about all this?

I've been exercising and it's been a lot of fun - except, of course, for the soreness in the first weeks:) The workout always takes me 1 hour, sometimes 1 hour 10 minutes.

There were small deviations in meals, but within reason. I was more short of time to eat the fourth meal and sometimes skipped it.

Weight is not everything!

Agnieszka's weight loss is only 3 kg. Despite this, the changes in the figure for 3 months of cooperation are visible. The difference can be seen, especially in the thighs and abdomen. On top of that, her complexion has improved, Agnieszka also enjoys a calmer sleep and has more energy during the day.

These are the side effects of regular exercise and correct eating habits. Healthy habits such as eating at regular times and physical activity are the way to well-being and self-satisfaction.
