Today I'm going to talk a little bit about our collaboration with Asia, as we are both extremely proud of her. Asia approached me thanks to her mum, who presented her with a voucher for 10 personal training sessions. Fortunately, it was the right gift and Asia was not lacking motivation to exercise.
We immediately got down to work and acted comprehensively in terms of both training and diet. Above all, we focused on correct posture and improving eating habits. A pleasant side effect is -10 kg on the scale.
Everything took place partly online and stationary. At first, we trained the whole body in one training session 2 times a week, i.e. we used the FBW method. After a month, we split the training into top and bottom. The effects were visible quickly, with just 2 training sessions per week. During the 4-month collaboration, Asia lost 10 kg. We got rid of fat mainly from her abdomen and thighs.
Is this a good result? Asia has developed a lot of muscle mass, which firms up the whole body. In the end, therefore, much more than 10 kg of body fat has been lost. In my opinion, this is a great result.
Asia has now had a month's holiday, from which she has returned with no yo-yo effect. How did we achieve this? The most important part of the diet, was to change her eating habits. We introduced 4 wholesome meals per day, without an excessive calorie deficit. As a result, Asia lost weight slowly, but did not feel hungry during the diet and enjoyed much higher energy levels throughout the day.
Our collaboration continues! Nutritionally, we have increased the number of calories so that the body comes out of a long deficit. This will allow Asia to rest from the reduction and gain some more muscle mass. We will then return to the reduction phase.
