Andrzej is an incredibly upbeat and enthusiastic guy. He lives and works in Norway, and after three months of transformation, he's lost 9 kg and gained visible abdominal muscles!

Andrzej's Diet Plan

Andrzej spends many hours at work and doesn’t have much time or desire to spend several hours a day in the kitchen preparing meals. His diet needed to be simple, quick to prepare, and tasty. We provided him with a meal plan that allowed him to prepare food for two days in advance, saving him a lot of time.

He ate four nutritious meals a day. Due to his high physical activity during the day, we started with 3300 kcal. With this caloric intake, Andrzej lost fat mainly from his abdominal area while not feeling hungry.

Month by month, we reduced the calories, and Andrzej finished the program at 2900 calories per day.

Andrzej's Training Program for Fat Reduction

Initially, he did three workouts per week, following an FBW (Full Body Workout) system. Andrzej was so dedicated that after four weeks, he felt three times a week wasn't enough. We switched to a four-day training program, which was a perfect choice. His body quickly responded to the new training stimuli, and he noticed a significant increase in muscle strength.

For example, he started with a series of 10 reps in bench press with a weight of 55 kg. After three months of collaboration, he was lifting 80 kg for 10 reps. Thanks to a well-tailored training regimen, we not only eliminated unnecessary fat but also built several kilograms of muscle.

Currently, Andrzej is continuing his efforts, and we plan to keep working together. Our focus will be on strengthening and shortening the thoracic erector spinae to push the chest forward and increase its engagement in exercises aimed at chest development.

After completing our collaboration, I received the following feedback from Andrzej:

"I am truly positively surprised by the results achieved in such a short time. The most fascinating part is the significant increase in muscle strength in various exercises. The best thing I've gained from the diet is that my whole family started eating healthier. I've also lost the urge to snack on less healthy foods. When I eat healthy, I feel better and have more energy. The biggest challenge was the time, especially at the beginning. But once I got the hang of it, everything took significantly less time."
