Darek is a very well organised guy! He deals with running his own business on a daily basis. Unfortunately, this involves a lot of stress. So far, he has been training on his own, but he has no specialist knowledge of the subject. He managed to build some muscle mass, but it was accompanied by a fair amount of fat. My client exercised a maximum of 2 muscle groups per training session. Workouts were held 4 times a week. In addition, Darek started doing a 35-minute cardio workout 2 times a week.
