Dominika is a very specific and goal-focused person! She knows herself how to take care of her health and figure. She started her adventure with training and healthy eating long before we met. She came to me with a clear goal in mind. She needed help preparing for a bikini fitness competition. She was not the first person to approach me with such a goal. She wanted to set aside 1.5 years to prepare. We started working straight away. The effects were visible so quickly that she decided to compete sooner. Dominika competed in her first competition after only 4 months of our cooperation!
Dominika's goal was very ambitious. Preparing for a competition requires more attention from me than classic personal training. My client placed a very high value on her health. However, her situation required looking at the side and sorting out a few things. As a first step, I recommended that she have a morphological examination. This enabled us to determine exactly what was missing from her diet. In addition, we conducted an extensive nutritional and medical interview. It turned out that many things could be improved. I learned a lot indeed and we immediately set to work. One of the main problems was inappropriately adjusted macronutrients. Dominica was also drinking too many energy drinks. So we eliminated the bad habits and I set about developing a diet and workout.
Dominica had a lot of tested diets and training methods behind her that didn't work very well. I prepared a menu for her that was based on low-processed products. The diet was rich in good quality carbohydrates, protein and healthy fatty acids. Our first priority was to get her metabolism up to speed. Dominika's biggest fear was that she wouldn't have enough time to prepare her figure for the competition. However, she decided to trust my experience. The meals were planned according to her preferences. I used products that she likes.
The biggest surprise for my guest was that, while losing weight, you can eat a lot and taste good. After just 2 weeks, we were able to get rid of excess water from under the skin. Her energy levels during the day had also increased. All this calmed Dominika down a bit and gave her the motivation to keep going. There were of course deviations in the diet over time, but these were planned. Even when preparing for a competition, you can't be too hard on yourself.
First of all, we focused on improving mobility and correcting postural defects. Correct posture is one of the main factors affecting the appearance of the figure. The training was mainly based on functional exercises with body weight. This by no means means means that they were easy exercises! Thanks to the change in training plan, Dominika quickly improved her posture. The closer we got to the competition, the more we included weight-bearing exercises. Dominika did silhouette training 4 times a week. Towards the end, we added 4 more units of cardio training of 40 minutes each. This helped Dominika to burn residual fat and the effect was phenomenal!
The cooperation with Tom is very positive and I recommend it! Very good and frequent contact, which I consider a rarity among current trainers and which is a very important aspect when it comes to cooperation. The goal we set has also been achieved and we are going further to not rest on our laurels.
