Ewelina's 3-month body transformation

Ewelina approached me with a request for help in choosing the right diet, and training. She came across the perfect opportunity for a limited offer of a 3-month online body makeover program.

Ewelina lives in Norway and leads an active lifestyle. She had already tried various diets, including, for example, the ketogenic diet, but sweets and evening snacking were her bane. 

There are virtually no products in her food preferences that she avoids or dislikes. The only condition was the easy availability of products in Norwegian shops.

Ewelina is very busy, so I planned the diet to make the meals simple and quick to prepare. Cooking once every two days turned out to be a hit. This allowed Ewelina to spend less time in the kitchen than ever before, and instead she was able to devote it to training. 

And what did it look like in terms of macronutrients? We reduced our carbohydrate intake at the expense of fats. We kept protein at 1.4 grams per kilogram of body weight. Ewelina's sample menu is:

  • Breakfast: Shake with peanut butter and banana;
  • Second breakfast: Caprese sandwich;
  • Lunch: Cod with courgette and green pesto;
  • Dinner: Avocado and egg sandwiches.

Ewelina's workout

Ewelina and I came to the conclusion that 3 workouts a week would be optimal. It would simply be difficult for her to find the time for more. In the meantime, 3 training units per week are completely sufficient to achieve optimal results. 

We started with functional exercises using body weight. Ewelina made progress very quickly. The training plan was updated every four weeks. After just one month, Ewelina started using functional exercises as a warm-up before the actual training. Thanks to such rapid progress in the main part of the training, we moved on to strength exercises.
The effects of online cooperation

The result of our 3-month cooperation through the training platform is 5 kg in weight and 8 cm less in waist. Ewelina has also gained significantly more strength and developed her musculature. A standard side effect is an increase in energy levels throughout the day and a better mood. We are both very proud of the results we have achieved!
How does Ewelina feel about our collaboration?

When I asked Ewelina for a report at the end of our collaboration, I received the following message: 

"It's great (despite a few deviations and missed workouts) I can finally see a change for the better in the photos. Until I grabbed the motivation to keep going. I weighed myself today and on the scale I am 57 kg also there is another kilo down. Motivation is growing, more and more energy also I am mega happy. We are keeping up the workout, just dieting at 90%. Best regards!"

With news like this, my motivation to help others also increases incredibly! It makes me know that what I am doing makes sense.
