Kamil is a very hardworking guy! He lives in Norway for a living and spends many hours in a manual job. His physique looked good, but he wanted more. He wanted to get rid of his lower abdominal fat and build up his muscles. He came to me and decided to choose the diet and training online package. In addition to a proper diet, I had to take care of Kamil's eating habits. First of all, he was not eating breakfast, which had to be changed immediately. Eating breakfast up to an hour after waking up speeds up the metabolism a lot. It also gives you energy for the whole morning. In addition, we made sure that meals were regular. This eliminated hunger attacks and Kamil felt better. He also had much more energy for training. The diet we followed was aimed at figure recomposition. We experimented with calories on an ongoing basis. It is quite a challenge to lose fat and gain muscle mass at the same time. In addition, I recommended Kamil a probiotic and supplementation with omega-3 fatty acids and magnesium.
We worked together online, via the Gizafit training platform. Kamil received an individually tailored training plan. All exercises included a detailed description and an instructional video. My client decided to train 3 times a week, which took him around 60–70 minutes. A lot of activity during the day helped to reduce cardio training. 15 minutes on the treadmill or orbitrek was completely sufficient. In the meantime, we focused mainly on silhouette exercises. Kamil performed functional training with elements of strength training. At first, we took care of correct movement patterns by working with body weight. Over time, we increased the load.
The results Kamil has achieved are truly amazing! In the photo, you can see the change after only 6 weeks. During this time, my client has lost 7 kg and his musculature has improved. He has exposed his abdominal muscles, which was his main goal. However, this is not the peak of his dreams, and we are just starting the next stage of our cooperation. Kamil intends to further develop his musculature. I am sure that, thanks to his diligence, he will achieve another success! This time, his diet will be based on as few processed products as possible. We will also rely on new training methods to challenge his muscles.
