Karolina needed a diet that was simple, quick to prepare, and tasty at the same time. The menu initially called for 1800 kcal per day and included 4 full meals. In later stages, the caloric content of the diet was kept the same, but the meals were varied and replaced every 4 weeks. This ensured that the diet was not monotonous and provided all the necessary vitamins and minerals.

In the first 4 weeks it was functional exercises, mainly with body weight. In the later stages, the exercises that Karolina had previously performed as training were warm-ups. Meanwhile, the actual part of the workout was based on exercises with additional weights. The workout accelerated the metabolism and modeled the figure. The client additionally performed aerobic exercises for 30 minutes each 2x a week.
Karolina's weight loss is seemingly only 5.5 kg. Despite this, the changes in figure for 3 months of cooperation are very well visible. The difference can be seen all over the body, especially the thighs and abdomen. Regular workouts and sticking to the diet made Karolina very happy. Eating regularly and being physically active is the way to better well-being, health and self-satisfaction.
