Krystian is a very conscientious and focused guy on his goals. For 8 years he trained on his own, without a clearly defined training plan. He simply went to the gym from time to time and lifted weights. Despite all this, he struggled with being overweight all the time. He came to the conclusion that he was not coping on his own and approached me. Krystian's main goal was to reduce body fat and build muscle mass. During our cooperation, he lost 19 kg and gained muscle. This is a really great result!
We started our training cooperation with a package of 10 personal training sessions. We met at the gym, where Krystian exercised under my supervision. We started with mobility tests. We checked which muscles were weakened or overstretched. I then suggested that we tackle the correction of postural defects first. I wanted Krystian to strengthen his weak points and stretch his contracted muscles. He liked this idea and so our cooperation began, which has continued to this day. Many of the exercises at the beginning were unconventional. All with the aim of improving weak points in the physique as quickly as possible. Krystian had a rounded back and limited mobility in his shoulder girdle. This made it difficult, for example, to develop his chest properly.
For the first four weeks, we completely abandoned the silhouette exercises that Krystian had been doing up to that point. We devoted all our attention to improving the range of movement. Only after this time did we start to introduce elements of strength training to strengthen and develop the muscles. We started with 3 training units per week. Later, we moved to 4, and Krystian additionally started running twice a week. The effects of such intensive work were visible from week to week! Today, Krystian has a decidedly more upright posture and greater mobility. Meanwhile, his strength continues to increase, despite such a large weight loss.
Contrary to appearances, we did not introduce a restrictive diet. In the first instance, we removed most processed foods from the menu. We also limited the number of '0' drinks such as Coca-Cola and Pepsi. We also reduced the supply of protein, as in my opinion Krystian was consuming far too much of it. Just a few days after implementing the changes, Krystian noticed a marked improvement in his wellbeing. Suddenly, he was no longer lacking energy during the day. As for the diet itself, it had to be easy to prepare. My client did not feel like spending too much time in the kitchen. I therefore arranged the menu so that it could be cooked once every two days. The interesting thing is that this is the first time I have encountered a person who sticks to a diet so strictly. The kilos off the scale were escaping quickly and the changes in her figure were visible from week to week.
I therefore suggested that Krystian should give himself a little more freedom. I believe that there is no point in being overly disciplined with dieting, because then you treat the diet as a necessary evil. Often, people just wait for it to end and then go back to their old habits. Not in this case, however! Krystian just looked at me in disbelief, and he has no problem maintaining the diet to this day. We got rid of a lot of belly fat and then Krystian, started to gain lean muscle mass. Now we are adding more and more calories to his diet. His metabolism is so screwed up that all his energy is absorbed by his muscles. We have been working together for six months now. He is not in danger of the yo-yo effect because we have developed new habits over this time. Krystian no longer craves fast food and other unhealthy foods.
I've covered the story here because I'm really proud of the work Krystian has done. I am also proud of the fact that I managed to get him to his dream goals. It is also a great testament to my work. Working with me, you will get rid of unwanted pounds and model your figure with a smile on your lips. The main focus will be on changing your eating habits forever. I do not introduce restrictive diets. The training plan is always adapted to your current possibilities. I also focus on good contact with the client, often reminding them to complete reports on a regular basis. This allows me to make updates to training plans and diets.
