Paul accomplished something that often seems the most difficult! He took the first step and decided to change his life. I will immodestly admit that, in his case, this step was the decision to work with me. As a result, he has lost a staggering 23 kg and feels much better now!
Paul was a little worried about his health, due to an inguinal hernia operation he underwent in 2019. He was worried that this would make him unable to exercise. However, this was not a factor that prevented him from training, but of course I had to keep this in mind when putting together the training. Paul's goal was to lose weight and to model his figure. Above all, he wanted to get rid of his protruding abdomen. Our cooperation included both diet and training. In the beginning, Paweł was afraid that a lot of sacrifices and hard work would be necessary to achieve his goal. Fortunately, I was able to surprise him positively.
Paul found out very quickly that he didn't have to go hungry on a reduction diet. Instead, he ate tastier and healthier meals. And the food was not scarce! A sample day on Paul's diet looked like this:
Breakfast: Caprese sandwich
Second breakfast: Tuna paste sandwich
Lunch: Chicken with sweet and sour sauce
Afternoon: Yogurt with blueberries and cashew nuts
Dinner: Salad with mango and strawberries
Paul's workout
Paul did body weight exercises three times a week. We had to be careful with the weights due to the surgery he had undergone. Fortunately, training without weight burns calories just as well! The exercises quickly appealed to my mentee and he gave it his all. This gave him more energy for everyday life. His confidence and well-being also returned.
Above all, Paul feels good in his own body again. And no wonder, as he has lost as much as 23 kg in weight and 17 cm in waist circumference! Thanks to the exercises, his general fitness has also improved. He has said himself that this makes everyday life a lot easier.
