Carbohydrates are primarily a source of energy for exercise. I proposed raising their consumption to 5 g per kg of body weight. Master Łukasz, trust me, thanks to which he provided his muscles with more energy. They started filling up with glycogen and he could train harder than before. Thanks to this, we turned up the metabolism even more. There was therefore no actual fat deposition at all. Of course, we update the calories on an ongoing basis. The culture diet requires very big changes. The only consumption that is associated with an increase in concentration. Throughout the period of cooperation, Łukasz consumed about 1.9-2.1 g / kg of it.

Personal training

Training before a bodybuilding competition is really hard work. Dress is not enough. You should also make sure that they are properly modeled and possible. We needed the silhouette of Łukasz from the weak points. It had a problem with the back, which made it difficult to do the right way. Some stocks weakened and not yet tested. This time we had to be. The exercises that I have written were difficult and Łukasz and he focused his attention on the spot. The fix however quickly improves the power efficiency and the weak points. Only after such procedures we were able to start exercising with real weights. Łukasz's body responded perfectly to the stimulus, allowing the creation to take shape immediately. We got rid of the last stray grams. In addition, we have built around 5 kg of muscle mass.

Effects of cooperation

Łukasz on "a real enthusiast of body sports". He is completely devoted to achieving his goals. Even such people need an extra allowance. I am very stupid for helping. Together, we prepared Łukasz for participation in international competitions. We have been working on the presentation of the figure for 7 months. We fine-tuned our weak points, improved our posture, and built 5 kg of muscle. With proper determination, it is possible for everyone!
