Slawek is a mature man who has severely neglected his figure. Before we met, he weighed over 150 kg. Fortunately, he decided in time that it was time to change something. He contacted me because he wanted to lose weight and feel better. Our collaboration resulted in the biggest weight loss of my career. In one year, Slawek lost as much as 41 kg! He now weighs around 110 kg and feels much better. This weight now includes a lot more muscle mass than before. We didn't stop at burning fat, we recomposed the figure. Slawek himself cannot get out of his awe at how he was able to function with such excess weight before.
You probably think that such results can only be achieved through a very restrictive diet. This is a mistake that stands in the way of a slim figure for many people. I repeat at every step that in this field you have to take small steps. Shocking your body does not lead to anything good. You may be able to stick to a restrictive diet for a while. However, once it is over, you will return to your old habits and ultimately nothing will change. Working with Slawek, I started by changing my eating habits as standard. We introduced more meals throughout the day, which he ate at regular times. We replaced some products with healthier substitutes. Overall, Slawek did not eat less at all. What's more, he was able to eat his favourite foods or other delicacies twice a week. Gradually, we got his body used to the changes, and the kilos still escaped at a surprising rate!
Slawek was very eager to start training. At the beginning, we did some functional exercises. We had to take care of his mobility and proper movement patterns. However, we quickly switched to strength training, which appealed more to my client. He exercised with great enthusiasm on the machines and with free weights. It became a pleasure for him. He trained 4 times a week using the FBW (Full Body Workout) method. As a result, he improved the condition of his whole body in an instant. He felt much better and wanted to do more. This is why, in addition to reducing body fat, we started to build muscle mass. You can see for yourself in the photos that this has worked out pretty well for us. Losing more than 40 kg sounds very good, but it doesn't illustrate all the work that Slawek has done. What is important is how his weight is currently distributed. First of all, he has managed to reduce his waist circumference by 40 cm! His thighs, on the other hand, are 20 cm thinner. Meanwhile, only 2 cm has been lost in the shoulders. This is a really great result! The fatty tissue from the shoulder girdle has been replaced by muscle. This also means that Slawek has actually burned a lot more than 40 kg of fat. The extra kilos on the scale are now simply muscle. This is a very beneficial substitution. As a result, my client does not have the problem of excess skin that is often seen after weight loss.
We have been working together for over a year now. During this time we have gone through several stages of reduction. Now we are entering the stage of building muscle mass with continuous recomposition of the figure. At this stage, we will introduce several changes. We will introduce a positive calorie balance diet. This will improve metabolism after a long reduction. We will reduce the intensity of workouts, at the expense of their volume. They will become a little shorter and focused on specific muscle parts. We will also introduce supplementation to make up for any deficiencies in the diet.
